IPL Photo Rejuvenation is a non-invasive procedure that uses Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) to erase the signs of aging foam the face, neck,
chest, and hands.  It is a procedure performed by trained staff members.  A treatment program typically includes four to six sessions of
about 30 minutes each, performed at 7-10 day intervals.

2.        What Can IPL Photo Rejuvenation treat?

IPL Photo Rejuvenation has the unique capability to treat multiple symptoms of aging skin on your entire face in each treatment session.
Among these are fine lines, red blemishes, mottled coloration, broken blood vessels, pigment discoloration such as freckles and age
spots, enlarged pores, coarse or rough skin, loss of skin tone and elasticity, and general sun damage.   The result is a youthful, smooth,
and revitalized facial appearance.  IPL can also treat spots, discolored area and other telltale signs of again on your hands, chest and neck.

3.        Why is IPL Photo Rejuvenation better than other treatments?

In addition to treating multiple symptoms and locations in each session, IPL is gentle, non-invasive and safe.  You see results in the
complexion and the skin texture of the entire face.  You can return to your normal routines and activates immediately.  In fact, many people
even schedule their sessions during their lunch break.  Additionally, IPL treatments are customized to your specific skin type and color,
providing the best possible results.  Because of this, there is no “recovery time.”

4.        Who is a candidate for this new procedure?

Whether you’re a man or a woman, if you are showing the signs of again and sun damaged skin, you should consider IPL Photo
Rejuvenation to help you look as young and healthy as you feel.  A brief consultation with an IPL specialist is the way to find out.

5.        How is Intense Pulse Light (IPL) Photo Rejuvenation performed?

Before treatment, you may be given dark glasses to shield your eyes from the bright light.  During treatment, the smooth glass surface of the
IPL hand piece is gently applied to your skin, delivering pulses of light to the area being treated.  IPL treatments are usually considered pain-
free.  Treatment session usually last about 30 minutes, and a complete program usually includes four to six sessions.

6.        What is a Photo Rejuvenation Treatment (Intense Pulse Light)?

with no recovery time.
with no recovery time.

7.        What re the causes of red faces?

As many as seventy million Americans have an undesirable redness and/or sun damage on the face.  The more common causes are
Rosacea (a condition in up to 13 million people), sun exposure, alcohol, medications, stress, emotional causes, time and aging of the skin.

8.        How does the treatment work?

An Intense Pulse Light is emitted in a series of gentle pulses over the entire face or intervals of approximately three weeks for a series of five
treatments.  His special light, which is different than laser treatments, emits light over many wavelengths allowing the light to penetrate to all
the levels of the skin where abnormal; easily dilated vessels can be found.  Lasers produce only a single wavelength of light and are limited
in depth of penetration and what they can treat.

9.        What if I don’t have visible vessels, only general skin redness?  Can I still be treated?

YES!  The intense pulsed light, because of its unique nature of emission, can find even the tiniest of vessels; some of which are packed so
densely as to defy individual identity.

What Is The SlenderQuest® Body Wrap System?

It is an advanced inch loss program, which uses natural ingredients to draw out toxins and
tighten skin. The body is first misted with our special amino herbal formula, covered with
therapeutic sea clay and then wrapped firmly with medical elastic bandages. It is a firming and
toning process.

How Does It Work?

Herbal extracts, amino nutrients and natural sea clay open pores and draw out toxic
accumulations from the skin and soft tissue layers. Pressure wraps compact the detoxified fatty
tissues, reducing overall measurements in the areas that need it most.

How Long Does It Last?

As long as you maintain your weight (or lose some), we guarantee that the lost inches will not
return for at least 30 days. With the detoxification of the tissue these inches will gradually return
over the next 6 to 12 months, depending wholly on your diet. Avoiding salt, sugar, fried foods,
alcohol, caffeine and other toxin-laden foods will substantially retard the detoxifying process.

Does It Involve Dieting?

No dieting is required for Inch-loss, but a SlenderQuest Body Wrap program is the perfect partner
for a diet. Losing weight causes the breakdown of fat, releasing more toxins in the soft tissues,
frequently resulting in loose, “flabby" looking flesh. The detoxifying and sculpturing wrap will firm
and tighten this flesh to show the full benefits of your weight loss.
Does It Involve Exercise?

The SlenderQuest Body Wrap System will reduce Inches with or without exercise, but the
resistance of the wraps will increase the benefits of any level of movement undertaken while
wrapped. We recommend doing as much as you are comfortable with.

How Many Inches Will I Lose?

Time-tested in European spas and health clinics, cosmetic body wraps firm flabby skin and
produce immediate inch loss. Now, body wraps are becoming one of the hottest beauty trends
and are a perfect complement to the “Look good, feel great” tanning industry. The
SlenderQuest® Body Wrap system is an exclusive three-step program designed to aid in tissue
nourishment and cellular metabolism stimulation.

The system’s three-step process is designed as a completely natural way to produce maximum
inch loss:

  •  Herbal amino mist: Sweet-smelling herbal extracts with amino nutrients in a pure aloe base
opens pores and prepares the skin for SlenderQuest® Sea Clay.

  •  SlenderQuest® Sea Clay: Directly applied sea clay, harvested from ancient sea beds, is
rich in minerals and removes certain toxins as it  exfoliates the skin.

  •  Amino saturated body wraps: A saturated wrap process that helps   nourish and detoxify
    tissue.

In about two hours, the SlenderQuest® system’s safe and effective technique reduces body
measurements and firms soft tissues. This is not a water loss process.

Trained operators can offer inch loss and detoxification programs, as well as “quick fix” tips, for

1.        What is toning all about?
      Stress-Free Exercise
      Health Benefits
      Long Lasting Results

Toning is a low stress exercise program for everyone. Toning is not a quick fix but rather a scientifically
designed program which can produce long lasting health and figure beauty benefits.

2.        What does "tone" mean?

The correct term is "tonus", defined as "a sustained partial contraction present in a muscle at rest".
Skeletal/postural muscles maintain tonus at all times to hold the body rigid in the field of gravity.

3.        What do toning tables do?
      Redistribute Muscle Tension Increase Circulation
      Improve Flexibility

4.        How did toning tables develop?

Induced Rhythmic Motion exercise machines were developed to enhance and preserve optimum health.
Originally introduced in 1936 by inventor B. H. Stauffer, these machines have been used successfully for
almost 70 years. These machines are now called toning tables.

5.        Gravity - How does it affect the body?

How the body copes with gravity actually determines it's shape. The human body was designed to stand erect
with the body parts properly balanced and supporting each other. Any deviation from the vertical gravitational
line will produce strain in the anti-gravity/postural muscles, which results in undue muscular tension and other
physical compensations.

6.        What causes an unattractive figure?

Figure degeneration is due to an imbalance of tension in the deep postural muscles. Movement habit patterns,
injury, and stress create unnecessary tension within the anti-gravity/postural muscles. Some of these muscles
become constricted and tight, while others become overly flaccid. The body will compensate for these
imbalances by developing excessive muscle tension and/or unnecessary weight accumulation in specific areas.

7.        What is the Vertical Line of Beauty SM?

The Vertical Line of Beauty SM is an invisible gravitational line passing through the center of the body. A body
with this posture will be supported by gravity and have ideal weight distribution and balanced muscle tonus.
The Vertical Line of Beauty is the goal and outcome of a proper toning program.

8.        What is the Four Point Sag?

The Four Point Sag starts when the body segments deviate from a straight vertical line. The body will retain
water and fatty tissue in specific areas to compensate for these deviations. Weight accumulates in the
following four predictable areas.

      • The Upper Back
      • The Abdomen
      • The Hip/Buttocks Area
      • The Upper Thighs

9.        Why is toning a unique form of exercise?

Toning redistributes muscle tension within the anti-gravity/postural muscles which determine body posture and
give the body shape. Toning establishes proper muscle tonus in the deep musculature to reverse the cycle of
figure degeneration and encourage the restoration of health.

10.        Is toning all the exercise anyone needs?

No, toning is only part of a complete fitness program. To increase cardiovascular capacity a more vigorous
form of exercise is needed to elevate the heart rate sufficiently. Exercise physiologists now state that an
extended brisk walk is one of the best exercises for the cardiovascular system.

11.        How does Induced Rhythmic Motion balance muscular tension in the anti-gravity/postural
muscles?

When used in a state of total relaxation, the gentle rocking motion of the tables alternately stretches and
contracts these deep muscles. These movements initiate the stretch reflex, which then strengthens flaccid
muscles and lengthens constricted muscles. In this manner, an even tension is distributed throughout the
postural musculature.

12.        Do people benefit from passive use of the tables?

YES!!! The tables were originally designed to be used in a relaxed mode. Relaxation will initiate the Stretch
Reflex which balances anti-gravity/postural muscular tension. The First Stage of a toning program will produce
the vertical line of the body only by relaxing while using the tables.

13.        When should you start resistive exercises?

After monitoring the clients postural measurements. When these measurements show a substantial
improvement, isometric and isotonic exercises should be gradually introduced. The resistive exercises
strengthen the movement muscle groups which then assist the postural muscles in holding the body erect.
Resistive exercises also give the body a firm, toned appearance. The relaxation and resistive stages of a
toning program should be equal in length to attain maximum benefit.
